Once an order is placed with Bosii’s Flowers, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our floral arrangements, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Each arrangement is carefully handmade to order using fresh flowers and plants enhanced for extended life. Perishable products are not eligible for cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

If you believe your floral arrangement does not meet our high standards, please contact our customer service team right away. We will work to find the best solution for you.
